About Xindian Refuse Incineration Plant

The plant is full turn-key projects including civil work. It employ a highly effective flue gas treatment system for removal of heavy metal from flue gas with using a low temperature type fabric filter. The plant include:

1. 2 boiler units, each capable of generating 39.15 t/h steam at 40 bar gauges and 400℃ with super heaters and economizers.
2. 2 Mitsubishi-Martin stoker units, each with incineration capacity of 18.75t/h.
3. Mitsubishi dry type flue gas treatment system using fabric filter. (Hcl removal efficiency minimum 93﹪).
4. Condensing steam turbine with generating capacity of 16.3 MW (16.3MW).
5. Completely distributed digital control and monitoring system-using microcomputers.
